Silvivia — Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Silvivia is a single-user life-admin companion operated at silvivia.com by Solonava Labs, LLC, a California limited liability company based in the United States. References to "we", "us", "our", or "Silvivia" in this policy mean Solonava Labs, LLC. You can reach us at support@silvivia.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect about you, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Data you give us
- Account: name, email address, password (hashed), phone number (optional).
- Content you enter: tasks, appointments, contacts, notes, medication entries, document uploads, "I'm OK" check-ins.
- Billing: handled by Stripe — we do not store your full card details on our servers, only Stripe customer / subscription identifiers.
3. Data we collect automatically
Standard server logs (IP address, browser, request paths, timestamps) used for security, abuse prevention and debugging. Session cookies / bearer tokens used to keep you logged in.
4. How we use your data
- To provide the Silvivia service to you and only you (single-user app).
- To send transactional emails (trial warning on day 12, account / billing notices).
- To process subscription payments via Stripe.
- To keep the service secure and operating reliably.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content for advertising.
5. Sub-processors
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Twilio, Inc. — SMS, WhatsApp and voice message delivery.
- Replit — application hosting and managed PostgreSQL / object storage.
6. Retention & deletion
If you do not start a paid subscription within the 14-day free trial (or if a paid subscription later lapses without renewal), your account is paused and your data is retained for 60 days. Subscribing within that window fully restores your account and data. If 60 days pass without a paid subscription, your account and all associated data are then permanently deleted. You can also delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent and removes all your stored content (subject to short-lived backups required for disaster recovery, normally cleared within 30 days).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@silvivia.com to exercise these rights.
8. Security & data breaches
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Traffic is served over HTTPS. We follow common industry practices to keep your data safe, but no online service is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share your login credentials with anyone. You acknowledge that, despite our efforts, data breaches, unauthorised access, hacking, interception or accidental disclosure may occur — whether on our systems, on a sub-processor's systems (Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Replit), or in transit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solonava Labs, LLC accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from such events, from incorrect or unintended use of the app, or from undetected bugs or errors in the service (see also the Limitation of Liability section of our Terms of Service). If a breach affecting your personal data does occur, we will notify you and any relevant regulator as required by applicable law.
9. Children
Silvivia is not intended for children under 16. Do not create an account if you are under that age.
10. SMS, voice and messaging consent
Silvivia can deliver reminders for tasks, appointments and medications by email, SMS text message, WhatsApp message and automated voice call, depending on the channels you turn on in Settings.
- How we collect your number. You provide your mobile phone number yourself in Settings and tick the box(es) for the channels you want to receive (SMS, WhatsApp, voice). Phone collection is always opt-in and you can change or remove your number at any time. See how SMS opt-in works.
- What we send. Only transactional reminders that you have scheduled in your own account (e.g. "Your appointment with Dr Smith is in 30 minutes"). We do not send marketing or promotional messages over SMS, WhatsApp or voice.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends entirely on the reminders you create — typically a few messages per day, but you control it.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any SMS to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS reminders; reply HELP for help. For WhatsApp, reply STOP or remove WhatsApp in Settings. For voice, you can disable voice calls in Settings at any time.
- Carrier costs. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS and voice messages, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
- No third-party sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number and the contents of your reminders are only passed to our messaging sub-processor Twilio, Inc. for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you asked for.
- Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
