About this program
Silvivia is a personal life-admin companion operated by Solonava Labs, LLC. When you enable text reminders, Silvivia sends you automated SMS reminders for your own tasks, medications, appointments and daily check-ins, plus a one-time message to verify your phone number. We never send marketing or promotional texts, and we never share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
How to opt in
After you create an account and sign in at silvivia.com, go to Settings → Your phone number, enter your mobile number, and actively check the consent box shown below. We then text a verification link to that number; opening the link confirms it's yours. You then turn on the specific reminder types you want. No text is ever sent to a number that has not been entered and verified by the account holder. The opt-in form below is the exact consent shown inside your account:
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the reminders you set up in your own account (for example, a daily medication reminder or a one-off appointment reminder). Most users receive a small number of messages per day at most.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan.
Help and opting out
- Reply HELP to any message for help.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
- Or turn any channel off in Settings, or remove your phone number entirely.
Privacy
Your phone number is used only to deliver the reminders you set up. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
